Sunscreens with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide (30-50% concentration) are particularly effective as they provide broad-spectrum protection, are gentle on sensitive skin, and boast anti-aging benefits.
  2. You only need 30-50% SPF. More SPF is just more on your skin you do not need. I was taught in medicine, that our ultimate goal with any kind of dosing is to find the lowest effective form.
  3. The Amount of money you spend is up to you. Generally speaking, the more, you spend the better your product should be. My take on it is Something is better than nothing and if $12 if what you can spend on SPF consistently, then that is going to go a long way.
  4. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE. Your cells are turning over ever 21 days and renewing.
